Matthew Jesinsky, President
Mr. Jesinsky is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of business experience. He leverages his extensive knowledge of industry and government regulations to drive revenue, profit, and growth to build value for Federal Government Contractors. A critical thinker and adept negotiator who can apply intimate knowledge regarding various contract types including FFP, CPFF, T&M, and Level of Effort, Mr. Jesinsky has an extensive background in purchasing and contracts management, specifically in the IT/Telecommunications space. His experience includes working for major equipment Resellers & Manufacturers and Telecommunication companies, including GTSI, NEC America, and Qwest Communications. He also spent 14 years of his career working for Small Business Tribal Organizations and has become an expert on the SBA’s 8(a) program and the Small Business Administration’s rules, regulations and compliance requirements. He has in depth knowledge of how to set up and create companies while helping them grow into profitable businesses.
A graduate of George Mason University, Mr. Jesinsky demonstrates excellence in high level contract negotiations, strategic planning, communications, and interpersonal skills supported by a comprehensive knowledge of resource management, organizational development, team building, and project execution.
